The objective of this project was to create a website for VA! (meaning Go! in Italian), an Italian sandwich and espresso shop in Edmonton. Inspired by the traditional Roman Forno and Caffè, their menu features Focaccia Panini, Pizza al Taglio (pizza by the slice), salads and sweets all inspired by regions throughout Italy.
The client wanted a simple website that highlighted the brand and vibrant colours. For the launch website, I coded the website in Squarespace so that the background colour changed upon refresh. I used a combination of HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. As well, I assisted in creating sandwich paper for the restaurant.
